FAQ

Why does the color of my product look a little different than the photos?

Filament is a bit like fabric dye—it can vary slightly from batch to batch, even when it’s the same color and from the same manufacturer. Lighting conditions, printer settings, and how the camera captures product photos can also create small differences. Think of it as part of the charm of owning something unique rather than mass-manufactured.

Will two items printed in the same color always match perfectly?

Not always. Even rolls of filament labeled with the same color code may come from different batches, which can result in subtle shade differences. On top of that, factors like print temperature and layer thickness can influence how the color appears once it’s printed.

Why does the texture look different on some products?

3D printing builds items layer by layer, which can naturally create visible lines, ridges, or patterns on the surface. Depending on the design, print orientation, and nozzle size, one product might have a smoother finish while another shows more pronounced texture. This is normal—and part of what makes each piece truly one-of-a-kind.

Are these texture differences a defect?

Nope! Layer lines, slight surface variations, and subtle differences in gloss are completely normal with 3D printing. They don’t affect the durability or function of the item—just its handmade, crafted-by-a-machine personality.

Are your product photos edited with AI?

Yes — some of our photos are lightly enhanced with AI tools to adjust lighting, clarity, or background details. These edits are only for presentation purposes. The product itself is never altered — what you see in the listing is exactly what you’ll receive.
